- Can I shower with the watch on?
Although all of our watches are water resistant and capable of being showered with, water resistance doesn’t necessarily mean you should shower or swim with your watch on. Repeated exposure to salt, pool chemicals and personal cleaning products can be extremely corrosive and may, over time,
Please, keep your watch away from warm/hot waters or steams, as they may damage the protective ring and allow water to come in.
- What battery does my watch use?
Your S-Force Original works with two batteries, one for the digital and one for the analog part of the watch. It takes a CR2025 for the digital and a SR626 for the analog movement.
- Should I clean my rubber bands?
Yes! You can clean your rubber strap by submerging it in a gentle, abrasive-free jewelry cleaner for a few minutes. If necessary, use a brush to scrub away excess dirt, or simply wipe it clean with your hands while rinsing in clean water. After cleaning, pat the strap dry and allow it to air dry.
Please note that white bands are notorious for getting stained quickly and are generally harder to clean and maintain. You can, however, clean them using the so-called “magic eraser” white sponges. Moist them with water and rub the band in the spot where it gets dirty. Depending on the stain type, it may not completely remove the stain (ex. permanent marker stains) but there should be a visible effect.
- The hands stopped working, but the digital is still on, what can I do?
It’s most likely that your digital battery has expired. Our watches with both digital and analogue displays use two different battery types. They take a CR2025 for the digital, and an SR626 for the analog part of the watch.
- How do I clean/maintain my watch?
All watches need to be regularly serviced and maintained, especially if they have been exposed to corrosive and/or humid environments. Please make sure to wipe the bands and case with alcohol, and thoroughly pat dry after. If the watch is too dirty or stained, we highly recommend you to take it to a local shop so it can be cleaned by a professional.
