Where do you ship?

We ship almost everywhere across the globe, with the exception of China, Hong Kong, Aland Islands, and the Isle of Man.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending payment verification for in-stock items. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards as well as PayPal.

Credit cards:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as Apple Pay via our secure STRIPE payment gateway, or major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) via PayPal secure checkout. A PayPal account is not needed.

Debit cards:
If you'd like to pay with a debit card, you may checkout via Stripe or PayPal. For either method, your debit card need to be enabled for online and international payment (you can call your bank to confirm). Just choose your payment method and follow the instructions. A PayPal account is not needed. You may check out as a guest user.

PayPal:
You may use your PayPal balance, credit card, or debit card to pay for your order. Just click on the yellow PayPal button on the checkout page. If you have a PayPal account, enter your PayPal login information on the pop up page and if you don't have a PayPal account, choose to ‘check out as a guest’.

How can I track my order?

We send an email with the tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that after you receive the tracking information, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to show up on the carrier’s website. If in doubt, please contact support@sforcewatches.com for an order update.

I haven't received my package - what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please get in touch with us at support@sforcewatches.com and we’ll help you out.

I’m not able to place an order. What do I do?

If you receive an error message while placing your order, there could be a problem with the information entered. Please verify the billing address you entered at checkout. The billing name and address you entered must match your credit card statement exactly for an order to be processed. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

If you continue to face issues placing your order, please contact our Customer Care team, and one of our team members will be glad to assist you. Please be advised that multiple unsuccessful order attempts may result in multiple credit or debit card authorizations.

Each time an order is attempted, a pending authorization will be placed on your account. For unsuccessful orders, these pending authorizations usually drop off in 3-5 business days, dependent upon your bank. If you have any further questions, please contact your bank or our Customer Care team.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Here at S-Force we are super-efficient and want you to have your watch as soon as possible. We try to process and dispatch orders as soon as we receive them, which limits our ability to cancel an order once it’s placed. Nevertheless, you could get in touch with our customer care team and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

You may have to. This depends on your local customs regulations. Customers are responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in their countries. You can contact your local customs office for information before placing the order.

The watch I want is sold out, how can I get it?

Please contact us at support@sforcewatches.com - we may be able to give you an estimate of when the timepiece is going to be restocked. Alternatively, you can subscribe for notifications and we will email you as soon as the watch is available.

What is your return policy?

I just received my order but it arrived damaged/broken/missing an item - what shall I do?

Please contact us at support@sforcewatches.com, describing the issue with the product. You can also send us good, close-up photo(s) of the product, showing the fault or a short 10 second video and our team will resolve the issue for you ASAP.

Is my watch under warranty?

Please visit our Warranty page for all the information regarding warranty of your S-Force watch.

I have received a discount coupon - how long is it valid for?

We try to show our appreciation to loyal and valued customers by offering the discount coupons. Some of them have unlimited validity, others may be open to use just for a certain time. If not specified, please drop us a line at support@sforcewatches.com and we’ll be happy to check that for you. Please note that the discount codes won't be accepted for already discounted items.

Shipping is FREE during the sale! We only offer express shipping, to make sure you get your order as fast as possible.

2. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Shipping dates of each product are written on the green buttons:

All orders containing two or more watches will ship together, when the final product is ready to ship. For example: a watch in your order is due to be shipped November 10th, while the other is due to be shipped November 20th; we'll ship them both on November 20th, together. If you'd like them sent seperately, notify us via email, within 24 hours of placing your order, and we can arrange split-shipment for you. Note that the extra cost of shipping will be charged
