Interview: Brett Lange

Interview Brett Lange

When did your fitness journey begin? Tell us a little more about your involvement in the industry.

I started working out with my Dad when I was 15 because I wanted to be as fit as him.

In your opinion who are the best role models in the fitness industry?

I think some of the best role models in the industry are yet to come. But I do admire Brandon Carter, and Elliot Hulse for their wisdom and motivational attitude.

If you could go back in time, what year would you travel to?

I would travel to the 1920's. The lifestyle back then seemed very amusing.

What was the last movie, TV show or book that made you cry or tear up?

Only YouTube videos have made me tear up. Those can hit hard!

What do you miss most about being a kid?

I miss having that excuse to get into trouble. "I'm just a kid."

What's your favourite 90s jam?

Jump by Kriss Kross that song was on fire.

M&Ms or Skittles?

Skittles no doubt.

How would your best friends describe you?

My best friend would probably say I'm responsible, confident, and a bit sarcastic.

What are some myths about bodybuilding that you would like to break down?

The biggest myth is that you must always train extremely heavy. You don't, and it's relevant to your body type and aims and goals.

Outside of bodybuilding what other goals or dreams do you have?

I plan to increase my skill in the respective sports I practice: mountain biking, boxing. Upon many, many other things.
